ACT NO. 2141
AN ACT REPEALING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF ACT NUMBERED ONE HUNDRED AND NINETY, ENTITLED "CODE OF PROCEDURE IN CIVIL ACTIONS AND SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS"
SECTION 1. Sections seven hundred and fifty-five, seven hundred and fifty-six, seven hundred and fifty-seven, seven hundred and fifty-eight, and seven hundred and sixty of Act Numbered One hundred and ninety, entitled "An Act providing a Code of Procedure in Civil Actions and Special Proceedings in the Philippine Islands," are hereby repealed and such provisions of the Civil Code as may have been amended or repealed by said sections are hereby restored to full force and effect.
SECTION 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the same shall take effect on its passage, in accordance with section one of Act Numbered Nineteen hundred and forty-five of the Philippine Legislature.
