ACT NO. 4253
AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION FOUR HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-TWO OF ACT NUMBERED ONE HUNDRED AND NINETY, KNOWN AS "CODE OF PROCEDURE IN CIVIL ACTIONS AND SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS"
SECTION 1. Section four hundred and seventy-two of Act Numbered One hundred and ninety, known as "Code of Procedure in Civil Actions and Special Proceedings," is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SEC. 472. Who may execute the officer's deed. — In case of the death of the officer making the sale or his ceasing to perform the duties of the office before the expiration of the period of redemption, the deed shall be executed by his successor in office."
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
Approved, November 6, 1935.
