An Act Reclassifying the Sub-District Engineering Office in the Third Congressional District of Cebu, Province of Cebu into a Regular Engineering District Office to be Known as the Third Engineering District of Cebu and Appropriating Funds Thereof

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9052
AN ACT RECLASSIFYING THE SUB-DISTRICT ENGINEERING OFFICE IN THE THIRD CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT OF CEBU, PROVINCE OF CEBU INTO A REGULAR ENGINEERING DISTRICT OFFICE TO BE KNOWN AS THE THIRD ENGINEERING DISTRICT OF CEBU AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREOF
SECTION 1. The present third congressional sub-district engineering office in the Province of Cebu created pursuant to the Department of Public Works Order No. 109-A is hereby reclassified into a regular engineering district office to be known as the Third Engineering District of Cebu.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into laws and thereafter.
SECTION 3. The Secretary of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provisions of this Act.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. DHECac
