An Act Providing for the Establishment of a High School in the Municipality of Mapandan, Province of Pangasinan, to be Known as the Mapandan National High School, and Appropriating Funds Therefor

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8327
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAPANDAN, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, TO BE KNOWN AS THE MAPANDAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in the Municipality of Mapandan, Province of Pangasinan, to be known as the Mapandan National High School.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
