AN ACT CONVERTING THE CABILAOAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAOAC, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, INTO AN AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE CABILAOAN AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Cabilaoan National High School in the Municipality of Laoac, Province of Pangasinan, is hereby converted, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, into an agro-industrial high school to be known as the Cabilaoan Agro-Industrial High School.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the necessary rules and guidelines to effectively implement the purpose and provisions of this Act. prcd
SECTION 3. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Cabilaoan National High School. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the Cabilaoan Agro-Industrial High School shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
