AN ACT NAMING THE NATIONAL ROAD FROM CROSSING CORONACION TO BARANGAY TALUBANGI IN THE CITY OF KABANKALAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL AS JUSTICE JESUS Y. PEREZ MEMORIAL HIGHWAY
SECTION 1. Justice Jesus Y. Perez was the first and only Kabankalanon to serve as Justice to the Philippine Court of Appeals.
SECTION 2. To perpetuate his memory, the national road from Crossing Coronacion to Barangay Talubangi in the City of Kabankalan, Province of Negros Occidental is hereby named Justice Jesus Y. Perez Memorial Highway.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
