REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8795
AN ACT NAMING THE 2ND MANDAUE-MACTAN BRIDGE IN THE PROVINCE OF CEBU AS THE MARCELO B. FERNAN BRIDGE
SECTION 1. The 2nd Mandaue-Mactan Bridge situated in the Province of Cebu is hereby named as the Marcelo B. Fernan Bridge.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
This Act which is a consolidation of House Bill No. 7928 and Senate Bill No. 1641 was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on December 22, 1999 and May 29, 2000, respectively.
