ACT NO. 2162
AN ACT AUTHORIZING AND CONFIRMING CERTAIN PAYMENTS MADE FROM THE ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND OF THE PROVINCE OF CEBU BY EUGENE GARNETT, PROVINCIAL TREASURER OF CEBU, AND BY C. D. UPINGTON, ACTING PROVINCIAL TREASURER OF THE SAME PROVINCE
SECTION 1. The payments made from the read and bridge fund of the Province of Cebu by Eugene Garnett, provincial treasurer of Cebu, amounting to sixteen thousand three hundred and sixty-nine pesos and sixty-nine pesos and twenty-eight centavos, and by C.D. Upington, acting provincial treasurer of Cebu, amounting to twenty-eight thousand and eleven pesos and seventy-one centavos, for the repair and construction of certain streets in the municipality of Cebu, are hereby authorized and confirmed, the provisions of law to the contrary notwithstanding.
SECTION 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the same shall take effect on its passage, in accordance with the provisions of section one of Act Numbered Forty-five of the Philippine Legislature.
