An Act Granting Philippine Citizenship to Kwok Hing Carlos Yeung
Republic Act No. 11149, enacted on November 9, 2018, grants Philippine citizenship to Mr. Kwok Hing Carlos Yeung, conferring upon him all associated rights and responsibilities. To complete the naturalization process, Mr. Yeung must take an Oath of Allegiance before an authorized officer, which will be registered with the Bureau of Immigration. Following this registration, he will receive a Certificate of Naturalization, allowing him to fully enjoy his new citizenship status. The Act takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11149
AN ACT GRANTING PHILIPPINE CITIZENSHIP TO KWOK HING CARLOS YEUNG
SECTION 1. Mr. Kwok Hing Carlos Yeung is hereby granted Philippine citizenship with all the rights, privileges and prerogatives, and is likewise vested with the duties and obligations appurtenant thereto.
SECTION 2. Mr. Kwok Hing Carlos Yeung shall take the Oath of Allegiance to the Republic of the Philippines before an officer duly authorized to administer the same. The Oath of Allegiance shall be registered with the Bureau of Immigration.
SECTION 3. Upon registration of the Oath of Allegiance, the Bureau of Immigration shall issue a Certificate of Naturalization to Mr. Yeung who shall thereupon enter into the full enjoyment of Philippine citizenship.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in any newspaper of general circulation. cDHAES
