REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8907
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL TRADE HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY SAN FELIPE, MUNICIPALITY OF TANTANGAN, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO TO BE KNOWN AS TANTANGAN NATIONAL TRADE HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a national trade high school in Barangay San Felipe, Municipality of Tantangan, Province of South Cotabato to be known as Tantangan National Trade High School. HDTISa
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue rules and regulations necessary for the effective implementation of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. aATHIE
SECTION 4. Effectivity. — This Act shall take effect upon approval.
