REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8434
AN ACT DECLARING MARCH 10 OF EVERY YEAR AS A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN OBSERVANCE OF THE ARAW NG SIOCON IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SIOCON, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE
SECTION 1. March 10 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the Municipality of Siocon, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, to celebrate the Araw ng Siocon commemorating its founding anniversary.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
* Lapsed into law on December 15, 1997 without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
