An Act Declaring Every 3rd Day of September as Araw Ng Labanan sa Imus, a Special Working Holiday in the Municipality of Imus, Cavite
Republic Act No. 9092, approved on April 8, 2001, designates every September 3 as "Araw ng Labanan sa Imus," a special working holiday in Imus, Cavite. This law commemorates the historic battle known as "Labanan sa Imus." The Act took effect immediately following its publication in two newspapers of general circulation. The publication occurred on May 3, 2001, in Malaya and Manila Standard, and it was also included in the Official Gazette.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9092
AN ACT DECLARING EVERY 3RD DAY OF SEPTEMBER AS ARAW NG LABANAN SA IMUS, A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IMUS, CAVITE
SECTION 1. September 3 of every year is hereby declared as Araw ng Labanan sa Imus, a special working holiday in the Municipality of Imus, Cavite, in commemoration of the historic "Labanan sa Imus." HSTAcI
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect immediately after its publication in two (2) newspapers of general circulation.
