REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11130
AN ACT DECLARING DECEMBER 1 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PADRE GARCIA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS, IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY AND THE ANNUAL "KABAKAHAN FESTIVAL"
SECTION 1. December 1 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the Municipality of Padre Garcia, Province of Batangas, in commemoration of its founding anniversary and the annual "Kabakahan Festival."
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
