An Act Converting the Panique High School in Barangay Panique, Municipality of Aroroy, Province of Masbate to a National High School to be Known as the Panique National High School and Appropriating Funds Therefor
Republic Act No. 8937, enacted on August 22, 2000, converts Panique High School in Barangay Panique, Aroroy, Masbate, into a national high school, named Panique National High School. The school will be under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS). Funding for this conversion will be included in the General Appropriations Act for the year following the law's enactment and thereafter. The Act takes effect upon approval and was published in the Official Gazette on April 30, 2001.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8937
AN ACT CONVERTING THE PANIQUE HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY PANIQUE, MUNICIPALITY OF AROROY, PROVINCE OF MASBATE TO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE PANIQUE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Panique High School in Barangay Panique, Municipality of Aroroy, Province of Masbate shall be converted into a national high school to be known as the Panique National High School.
SECTION 2. The Panique National High School shall be under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS).
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. dctai
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
