REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8944
AN ACT CONVERTING THE NAGA CITY SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL INTO A NATIONAL SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL AS APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Naga City Science High School in Barangay Concepcion Pequeña, Naga City is hereby nationalized to be known in its original name as the Naga City Science High School. cCESaH
SECTION 2. All personnel, records, equipment, buildings, facilities and other properties of the Naga City Science High School are hereby transferred to the nationalized Naga City Science High School.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
