REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8832

AN ACT CONVERTING THE CABAYUGAN BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL SITUATED AT BARANGAY CABAYUGAN, CITY OF PUERTO PRINCESA, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE CABAYUGAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. The existing Cabayugan Barangay High School situated at Barangay Cabayugan, City of Puerto Princesa, Province of Palawan, is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the Cabayugan National High School. HaTISE

SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provisions of this Act.

SECTION 3. All personnel, records, assets and liabilities of the Cabayugan Barangay High School are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Cabayugan National High School.

SECTION 4. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. DACaTI

SECTION 5. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
