REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10140
AN ACT CONVERTING THE BACOLOD — MADALUM HIGHWAY INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
SECTION 1. The road which starts from the Iligan — Aurora National Highway at Bacolod and traverses Munai in the Province of Lanao del Norte and Marawi — Cotabato National Highway at Madalum in the Province of Lanao del Sur is hereby converted into a national road. EaHIDC
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
