COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 230
AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF ANY AMOUNT FROM ONE MUNICIPAL FUND TO ANOTHER WHENEVER THE PUBLIC INTERESTS SO REQUIRE
SECTION 1. Whenever the public interests so require, the municipal council may, with the approval of the Department Head, transfer any amount from the existing balances of the different municipal funds to another fund in order to cover deficiencies in the matter.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted, without Executive approval, November 30, 1936.
