COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 229
AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF ANY AMOUNT FROM ONE PROVINCIAL FUND TO ANOTHER, WHENEVER THE PUBLIC INTERESTS SO REQUIRE
SECTION 1. Whenever the public interests so require, the provincial board may, with the approval of the Department Head, transfer any amount from the existing balances of the different provincial funds to another fund in order to cover deficiencies in the latter.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted, without Executive approval, November 30, 1936.
