AN ACT APPROPRIATING THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS TO AID THE NON-CHRISTIAN PEOPLE OF THE MOUNTAIN PROVINCE AND TO PROMOTE THEIR UNION WITH THE CHRISTIAN PEOPLE OF THE PHILIPPINES
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of thirty-five thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the employment of doctors and nurses; the establishment and support of dispensaries; and establishment and support of schools in the Mountain Province and its subprovinces; and for other purposes, as follows: AScHCD

SECTION 2. The amount appropriated for any specific item may be expended, in whole or in part, in the discretion of the Secretary of that Department which is charged by law with the administration of the subject concerned, for any other purpose for which appropriation is herein made, or for employment of any additional persons for the same kind of work which is authorized by this bill.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect as of July first, nineteen hundred and fourteen.
