COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 151
AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FORTY-SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR OF CERTAIN DAMS INSIDE THE FRIAR LAND ESTATES
SECTION 1. The sum of forty-seven thousand pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Philippine Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be spent by the Director of Lands, with the approval of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, as follows:
