ACT NO. 1891
AN ACT AMENDING ARTICLE THREE HUNDRED AND TWENTY OF THE CIVIL CODE IN FORCE IN THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS, BY FIXING THE AGE OF MAJORITY AT TWENTY-ONE YEARS
SECTION 1. The first paragraph of article three hundred and twenty of the Civil Code in force in the Philippine Islands is hereby amended to read as follows:
"ART. 320. Majority commences on attaining twenty-one years of age."
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
ENACTED: May 10, 1909.
