An Act Abolishing the Position of Assistant Attorney-General and One Position of Assistant Attorney, and Creating Two Positions of Assistant Attorney in Lieu thereof in the Office of the Attorney-General
Act No. 2130, enacted on February 1, 1912, abolishes the position of Assistant Attorney-General and one Assistant Attorney in the Bureau of Justice. In their place, it creates two new Assistant Attorney positions, each with an annual salary of seven thousand pesos. Should one of these positions become vacant, its salary will be reduced to six thousand pesos. The Act takes effect immediately upon passage.

ACT NO. 2130
AN ACT ABOLISHING THE POSITION OF ASSISTANT ATTORNEY-GENERAL AND ONE POSITION OF ASSISTANT ATTORNEY, AND CREATING TWO POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT ATTORNEY IN LIEU THEREOF IN THE OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY-GENERAL
SECTION 1. The position of Assistant Attorney-General at a salary of eight thousand pesos per annum and one position of assistant attorney at a salary of six thousand pesos per annum in the Bureau of Justice are hereby abolished, and in lieu thereof there are hereby created two positions of assistant attorneys at a salary of seven thousand pesos each per annum: Provided, However, That in case one of said positions of assistant attorney become vacant after having been once filled the salary of such position shall be reduced to six thousand pesos.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
