REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2724
AN ACT TO AMEND CERTAIN ITEMS IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED SIXTEEN HUNDRED AND THIRTEEN
SECTION 1. Items twenty-two and forty-two of paragraph g, Section two, page 166 of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and thirteen are amended to read as follows:
| "22. | Lungsodaan Barrio School building, Hinundayan | P2,000.00 |
| "42. | Shop building, Triana Elementary School, Limasawa Island, Malitbog | 4,000.00" |
SECTION 2. The name and location of Project No. B-273.34, Title B, Appendix A, page 534-A, Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and thirteen are amended to read as follows:
"Otama-Biasong feeder road, Hinunangan"
SECTION 3. The "Remarks" on Project No. C-000.1 (27) Title C, Appendix A, page 894-A of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and thirteen are amended to read as follows: aisa dc
"Provided one well each be drilled at Abgao Pananawan, Tam-is, Guadalupe, Ibarra, Maria Clara, Mantahan, Laboon, Tagnipa, Isagani and Balilahay, Municipality of Maasin; San Roque, Mabini and Manaya, Municipality of Macrohon; Sacob (Triana), Sto. Rosario (Burgos), Lungsodaan (Burgos), Concepcion school site (Concepcion), Abgao, Timba I, Magata (San Isidro), Tinago (Banday), Maanyag (Banday), and Maslog, Municipality of Malitbog; Himbangan, Municipality of St. Bernard; and two wells in Paco, Maasin."
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.
