Amendments to R.A. No. 1613 Re: Public Works Projects

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1936

AN ACT TO AMEND CERTAIN ITEMS IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED SIXTEEN HUNDRED THIRTEEN REGARDING PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS

SECTION 1. Item forty-six, page one hundred forty-eight, paragraph g of section two of Republic Act Numbered One thousand six hundred thirteen, under sub-paragraph "Cebu," is amended as follows: cdt

"46.	Public Market Building,
	Carmen	P20,000.00"

SECTION 2. Project Item No. "B-171.27, Barrio roads, Bogo", page three hundred ninety-six-A of Appendix A of the same Act, is amended by transferring the figure "10.00" under the column "1956-57" to the column "Later" on the next page.

SECTION 3. Paragraph g, section two of the same Act, is amended by inserting on pages one hundred forty-one and one hundred fifty, respectively, as additional items the following: acd

On page 141, "Bulacan" —

"66-A.	San Agustin Barrio School Building,
	Hagonoy	P6,000.00"

On page 150, "Cebu" —

"109.	National Aid for Barrio Roads,
	Carmen	9,000.00"

SECTION 4. Item (c), page seventy-one, under sub-paragraph (26) "Lanao" of paragraph f of section two of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and thirteen, is hereby amended to read as follows:

(26) Lanao —

(c)	Kauswagan Municipal Building:
	Extension	P10,000.00

SECTION 5. As a consequence of the above amendments, the total for paragraph "a", title B of section one, and the total for paragraph "g" of section two of Republic Act Numbered One thousand six hundred thirteen are correspondingly adjusted. cd

SECTION 6. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
