AN ACT TO AMEND CERTAIN ITEMS IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FOURTEEN HUNDRED ELEVEN, ENTITLED "AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS"
