AN ACT AMENDING CERTAIN ITEMS IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND ELEVEN, ENTITLED "AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS"
