Amendments to Par. (C), Subsec. A of Sec. 1 of Act No. 4180 (Public Works Act)

AN ACT TO AMEND PARAGRAPH (C), SUBSECTION A OF SECTION ONE OF ACT NUMBERED FORTY-ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY, ENTITLED "AN ACT MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR PUBLIC WORKS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES"

SECTION 1. Paragraph (c), subsection A of section one of Act Numbered Forty-one hundred and eighty, is hereby amended so that item seventy, on page eleven, under the caption "Bohol," shall read as follows:

"70.

For the construction of the Guinacut barrio school, Guindulman

P1,000.00

SECTION 2. Paragraph (c), subsection A of section one of Act Numbered Forty-one hundred and eighty, is hereby amended so that items fifty-nine and sixty-five, on page thirty-two, under the caption "Ilocos Sur," shall read as follows:

"59.	For the construction of an additional room to the present Gabaldon School Building, Santa Maria	P1,000.00
"65.	For the completion of the Luba Elementary School, Santa Lucia	1,000.00

SECTION 3. Paragraph (c), subsection A of section one of Act numbered Forty-one hundred and eighty, is hereby amended so that items thirty-five and thirty-six, on page fifty-eight, under the caption "Pangasinan," shall read as follows:

"35.	For the completion of the Takipan Elementary School, Mangatarem	P1,500.00
"36.	For the reconstruction of the Cabarabuan Elementary School, Mangatarem	1,000.00

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
