Amendments to M.O. No. 415 (January 17, 1992)

MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 38-A

AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 415

I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law do hereby order:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of Memorandum Order No. 415 dated January 17, 1992, is hereby amended to read as follows:

"Section 2. An Executive Committee is hereby created to oversee the implementation of the Plan, chaired by the NCR-CORD with the heads of the following agencies as members: The National Housing Authority, the City of Manila, the Department of Public Works and Highways, the Public Estates Authority, the Philippine Ports Authority, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, the Development Bank of the Philippines, THE NATIONAL ECONOMIC AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, THE METROPOLITAN MANILA AUTHORITY, THE PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION FOR THE URBAN POOR, AND THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PRESIDENTIAL TASK FORCE ON SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT."

SECTION 2. There is hereby added a new section to be numbered as Section No. 7 to read as follows:

"Section 7. THE NATIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY SHALL PROVIDE TECHNICAL AND SECRETARIAT SERVICES TO THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE, THE INTER-AGENCY TECHNICAL COMMITTEE AND SUCH OTHER SUB-COMMITTEES THAT MAY BE CREATED."

SECTION 3. Section 7 of Memorandum Order No. 415 shall be renumbered as Section 8.

SECTION 4. This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
