ACT NO. 3946
AN ACT TO AMEND SUBSECTION (e) OF SECTION ONE OF ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-NINE HUNDRED AND TWELVE, ENTITLED "AN ACT MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR PUBLIC WORKS"
SECTION 1. Subsection (e) of section one of Act Numbered Thirty-nine hundred and twelve, entitled "An Act making appropriations for public works", is hereby amended by making item forty on page thirteen, under the heading "Cebu", read as follows:
"40. For the Tubod Elementary School,
Badian P2,000.00."
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
Approved, December 1, 1932.
