ACT NO. 4096
AN ACT AMENDING SECTION ONE OF ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-SEVEN, ENTITLED "AN ACT PROHIBITING THE SALE OF INTOXICATING LIQUORS WITH CERTAIN EXCEPTION IN THE MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, NUEVA VIZCAYA, AND AGUSAN, EXCEPT IN CERTAIN DISTRICTS" AS AMENDED BY ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-EIGHT HUNDRED AND FORTY-THREE
SECTION 1. Section one of Act Numbered Twenty-two hundred and eighty-seven is hereby further amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 1. The sale in the Mountain Province, except in the municipal district of Bontoc and in the City of Baguio, and in the Province of Nueva Vizcaya, except in the municipalities of Aritao, Bagabag, Bambang, Bayombong, Dupax, and Solano, and in the Province of Agusan, except in the municipalities of Butuan, Cabadbaran, Talacogon, Jabonga, and Nasipit, of any ardent spirits, ale, beer, wine, or intoxicating liquor of any kind other than the so-called native wines and liquors which members of non-Christian tribes have been accustomed themselves to make, prior to the passage of this Act, is hereby prohibited and declared to be unlawful."
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
