AN ACT AMENDING ITEM 141, PAGE 176, PARAGRAPH "a", TITLE G, SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FORTY-EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR (RE: PUBLIC WORKS ACT)
SECTION 1.Item 141, page 176, paragraph "a", Title G, Section One of Republic Act Numbered Forty-eight hundred fifty-four, is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 2.This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
