REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3309
AN ACT AMENDING CERTAIN ITEM OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND ONE, ENTITLED "AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS, SYNCHRONIZING THE SAME WITH PREVIOUS PUBLIC WORKS APPROPRIATIONS"
SECTION 1. Item (a), under Group II (re projects for the Province of Negros Oriental), page 534, Section two, entitled "Short-term Projects," of Republic Act Numbered Two thousand seven hundred and one, is hereby amended to read as follows:

| "(a-1) | Lazi Municipal Building Construction | 17,000.00" |
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
