REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3280
AN ACT TO AMEND CERTAIN ITEMS IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-SEVEN HUNDRED AND ONE
SECTION 1. Items (a) and (d) under Group IV, for the Province of Cebu page 341, paragraph c, Section two of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and one is hereby amended to read as follows:
| "(a) | For the construction, repair and/or improvement of provincial, municipal and/or barrio roads and other public works projects situated in the Municipality of Sibonga, Cebu | P40,000.00 |
| "(d) | For the construction, repair and/or improvement of provincial, municipal and/or barrio roads and other public works projects situated in the Municipality of Alcoy, Cebu | 30,000.00." |
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
