REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3313
AN ACT AMENDING CERTAIN ITEMS IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED NINETEEN HUNDRED
SECTION 1. Items (a) and (b), paragraph 34, for the Province of Nueva Vizcaya, page 946, Title G, Section three of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred, are hereby amended to read as follows: cd
| "(a) | Various Communal Irrigation Systems, Solano Improvement and construction including the purchase of cement for the construction and/or repair of dams | P20,000.00 |
| "(b) | Busilac Communal Irrigation System, Bayombong | 5,000.00 |
| "(b-1) | Various Communal Irrigation Systems, Bayombong Improvement and construction including the purchase of cement for the construction and/or repair of dams | 20,000.00 |
| "(b-2) | Magat-La Torre-Wakal-Uddiwan-Bintawan Irrigation Systems, Bayombong Improvement and construction including the purchase of cement for the construction and/or repair of dams | 25,000.00" |
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
