REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1464
AN ACT AMENDING ITEM ONE, SUBPARAGRAPH i, UNDER PROVINCIAL CAPITOLS, PARAGRAPH FOUR, SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWELVE HUNDRED
SECTION 1. Item one, subparagraph i, paragraph four, section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, is amended to read as follows:

SECTION 2. Insert the following item as Item seven, subparagraph am, paragraph four, section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred to compensate for the deletion in the preceding section:

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
