REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2748
AN ACT AMENDING ITEM (5), UNDER "d. BATAAN," PARAGRAPH 2, TITLE G, SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWELVE HUNDRED
SECTION 1. Item (5) under "d. Bataan," paragraph 2, Title G, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred is amended to read as follows:
| "(5) | Abucay Communal Irrigation System, (Labangan River) — Construction of diversion works | P15,000.00" |
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.
