OCA CIRCULAR NO. 175-2022

| SUBJECT | : | Amendment to OCA Circular No. 75-2016 "Guidelines on On-the-Job Training and Legal Apprenticeship Program for College and Law Students in the Lower Courts" |
Considering that the nation is still in a State of Calamity due to COVID-19 Pandemic as well as the lack of space in most courts wherein observance of the minimum health protocol might prove to be a challenge, Item No. 4 of the aforesaid circular is hereby amended to state:
4. Number of interns per court. A court shall be allowed a maximum of only one (1) intern at any given time, unless for compelling reasons, a higher number may be required as may be determined by the Court Administrator.
