WHEREAS, on 16 August 2021, the Board issued Memorandum Circular No. 2021-051, Re: OPENING OF APPLICATIONS FOR THE ISSUANCE OF NEW CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE (CPC) OF PADRE BURGOS, QUEZON UNDER THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PUBLIC UTILITY VEHICLE MODERNIZATION PROGRAM (PUVMP);
WHEREAS, page 2 of the above Memorandum Circular has set the authorized mode to be opened for the following routes in Padre Burgos, Quezon under their approved Local Public Transport Route Plan (LPTRP):
