LTFRB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2018-014

On 27 June 2018, the Board issued Memorandum Circular No. 2018-013 (Re: Implementing Guidelines in the Acceptance of Applications for New CPC under the Initial Implementation of the Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program) wherein the Board set the guidelines in the acceptance of new CPC under the initial implementation of the Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program (PUVMP). aDSIHc
This Board hereby amends and modifies Memorandum Circular No. 2018-013 on the following items:
1. The denomination in the route listed below is hereby corrected to wit:

2. Under No. 5, the Representative from the Board shall be a non-voting member.
3. The submission of the Qualification Documents for NCR routes as provided in the list shall be with the Pre-Qualification Committee of the Central Office who shall conduct the Pre-Qualification process thereon.
All other issuances or parts thereof inconsistent herewith are hereby modified, amended, or superseded accordingly.
This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately following its publication in a newspaper of general circulation and the filing of three (3) copies hereof with the UP Law Center pursuant to Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11, dated 09 October 1992.
