Lifting of the Moratorium on the Issuance of CPC and Provisional Authority for the PUB (RORO) Service

LTFRB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2007-013

In line with the program of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo to create "Super Regions", and for the development of the "Strong Republic Nautical Highway", this Board resolved to lift and set aside MC No. 2004-015, RE: Suspension of the Implementation of MC No. 2004-005 and MC. No. 2004-006. DAEcIS
Thus, the Board hereby declares the opening and resumption of the Acceptance of New Applications for the Issuance of Certificate of Public Convenience for RORO Routes for PUB Service only, subject to RMC allocation to be revalidated by the RMC Secretariat.
Any and all issuances inconsistent herewith are hereby superseded and amended accordingly.
This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
