SECTION 1. Renumbering of Sections 8 to 16. — Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 of Department of Agrarian Reform Administrative Order No. 03, Series of 2011, are hereby renumbered to Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15, respectively to read as follows:
