Items 38, 39, 40, 41, and 42 under Cagayan;

Item 44 under Laguna;

Item 17 under Nueva Ecija;

Items 105, 106, and 107 under Pangasinan;

Item 11 under Tarlac; and

Item 1 under Zambales.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
