COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 563
AN ACT TO AMEND COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED TWO HUNDRED FORTY ENTITLED "AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIVE MILLION FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL BUILDINGS"
SECTION 1. The following item of appropriation under section one, paragraph A, of Commonwealth Act Numbered Two hundred forty, is amended so as to read as follows:

SECTION 2. Section three of Commonwealth Act Numbered Two hundred forty, as amended by Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred and seventy-four, is further amended so as to read as follows:
"SEC. 3. All balances of the appropriations made by this Act remaining unexpended on June thirtieth, nineteen hundred forty-one, shall revert to the Philippine Coconut Oil Trust Fund and thereafter shall not be available for expenditure except upon appropriation by the National Assembly."
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
