F. Provision of accommodation, transportation, and meals shall be reckoned not earlier than September 15, 2020. Continued provision after December 19, 2020 shall be subject to DBM's issuances on the availability of funds.

F. Provision of accommodation, transportation, and meals shall be reckoned not earlier than September 15, 2020. Sub-allotted or transferred funds shall serve as payment or reimbursement to expenses incurred by the health facilities in providing the said benefits. Disbursement of funds as payment for these benefits shall not be later than June 30, 2021, provided that the period being paid for is between September 15 to December 19, 2020.

2. Health workers, as defined herein, catering to or providing COVID-19 health care response shall be provided with life insurance coverage, subject to the condition that they have not yet covered by any life insurance provided by its employer, as certified by the head of their assigned COVID-19 facility.

2. Health workers as defined herein, employed between September 15 to December 19, 2020, directly catering to or in contact with COVID-19 patients shall be provided with life insurance coverage, regardless of employment status at the start of the policy, subject to the condition that they do not have any existing life insurance, as certified by the head of the health facility of assignment.

1. Life insurance — eligible public and private HWs pursuant to Section VI (A) (2) of this Order shall be enrolled with Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) and Social Security System (SSS), respectively, for a one (1) year coverage

a. Public HWs with plantilla positions or hired under contractual status shall be enrolled with Government Service Insurance System (GSIS).

b. Private HWs with permanent items shall be enrolled with Social Security System (SSS).

c. Public and private HWs hired under Contract of Service or Job Order shall be enrolled to the GSIS Expanded Group Personal Accident Insurance (EGPAI).
