ACT NO. 3684
AN ACT TO AMEND ITEM SIXTEEN, PARAGRAPH (S), OF SECTION A ONE OF ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-SIX HUNDRED AND SEVENTY, KNOWN AS THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT
SECTION 1. Item sixteen, paragraph (s), of section one of Act Numbered Thirty-six hundred and seventy, known as the Public Works Act, is hereby amended to read as follows:
| "16. | For the maintenance and continuation |
| of the Port of Calbayog, Samar P60,000.00" |
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
