LTFRB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 005-17
SUBJECT : Amendment on MC 2017-001
This Board hereby amends and modifies Memorandum Circular 2017-001 Re: IMPLEMENTING GUIDELINES ON THE OPENING OF PROPOSED ADDITIONAL PREMIUM POINT-TO-POINT BUS SERVICE, by modifying the Item No. IV thereof, Re: Submission of Qualification Documents, which provides for deadline of submission of qualification documents, and date of Pre-Qualification Conference. CTIEac
Thus, Item No. IV. SUBMISSION OF QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS shall now read as follows:
"The qualification Documents must be submitted between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm (Philippine Standard Time) on March 31, 2017 at the Office of the Executive Director. x x x.
Filing or submission of Qualification Documents after 2:00 pm on March 31, 2017 shall not be accepted.
A Pre-Qualification Conference will be held on March 15, 2017 at 2:00 pm."
All other issuances or parts thereof inconsistent herewith are hereby modified, amended, or superseded accordingly.
This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately following its publication in a newspaper of general circulation and the filing of three (3) copies hereof with the UP Law Center pursuant to Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11, dated 09 October 1992.
