PROCLAMATION NO. 455
AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 430 DATED 19 FEBRUARY 2018 BY DECLARING MONDAY, 26 MARCH 2018, INSTEAD OF 29 MARCH 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAMBUSAO, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ
WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 430 dated 19 February 2018 declared Thursday, 29 March 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Mambusao, Capiz;
WHEREAS, the Office of the Mayor of the Municipality of Mambusao, Capiz, requested that Monday, 26 March 2018, instead of 29 March 2018 which falls on a Maundy Thursday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Mambusao, Capiz, in celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Mambusao, Capiz, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 26 March 2018, instead of 29 March 2018 which falls on a Maundy Thursday, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Mambusao, Capiz.
Proclamation No. 430 dated 19 February 2018 is hereby amended accordingly.
