REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2669
AN ACT CREATING ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCALS IN THE PROVINCES OF CEBU AND PANGASINAN, AMENDING FOR THIS PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED
SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the provinces of Cebu and Pangasinan, is further amended to read as follows:
"Cebu, thirteen assistant provincial fiscals; aisa dc
"Pangasinan, eighteen assistant provincial fiscals;"
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
