REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5358
AN ACT CREATING TWO ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL FOR THE PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED
SECTION 1. Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Nueva Vizcaya, is further amended to read as follows:
"Nueva Vizcaya, five assistant provincial fiscals;" acd
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without Executive approval, June 15, 1968.
